Web-Based Control Panels
Fonality PBXtra comes with web-based administrative and user control panels for Anywhere Management™. From any web browser, administrators can add or edit extensions, edit the call menu, add dial plans, connect a branch office, monitor your system, run call reports, and more. Users can configure their extensions with voicemail-to-email settings, call forwarding, and our new FindMe® feature.
Hybrid-Hosted
At the core of Fonality PBXtra Asterisk-based Phone System is our hybrid-hosted architecture which offers the best of both premise-based systems and hosted systems. Hybrid-hosted is a vast improvement on other asterisk-based phone systems because it enables proactive system monitoring, automatic configuration backups, automatic feature updates and upgrades, and Anywhere Management described above.

HUD is Fonality's market-leading desktop application that empowers employees to take control of business communications. HUD provides company-wide visibility and makes it easy for employees to interact with one another via a single, simple interface.
