PBXtra GUI:
Fonality has created a GUI (graphical user interface, sometimes pronounced GOO-ee) which allows customers to easily add, change or expand its customized PBXtra™ features with the click of a mouse. Our unique GUI enables both the company’s system administrator and individual users to access individual control panels 24 hours per day from any computer with an Internet connection. Below are a few of the features that can be changed or added effortlessly through Fonality’s Asterisk-based IP PBX:
Call Menu:
Our auto-attendant allows callers take advantage of pre-programmed responses, send faxes and select the information they want without having to speak to a live person. The call menu feature gives you the opportunity to build a customized auto-attendant in a matter of minutes. Powerful Reporting:
Create custom reports that tell you about call volume, cost per call and more through our user friendly graphical user interface. You can also download your search in a manner that allows you to view your reports on your PC in Word or Excel.
Create Extension:
PBXtra™ gives you the ability to add, delete and edit extensions, it just takes a few clicks. The GUI guides you through the process of setting your DID, Caller-ID, .wav voicemail attachments, name directory status, voicemail settings and much more.
Scheduler:
Scheduler allows you to custom build a schedule and apply it to any part of your Call Menu. This feature allows you to create "Weekend" and "AfterHours" call menus that run on the day and time you determine.
Branch Offices:
PBXtra™ allows you to link branch offices with a single click of the mouse. Once linked, offices can: dial each other for free (point to point VoIP), call through each other's gateway and route calls from the Auto Attendant of one server to other PBXtra servers at other locations.
