PBXtra™ - Small Office PBX:
Fonality offers three PBXtra™ small office PBX telephone systems from which to choose. Our Standard Edition offers over twenty enterprise-class features including Auto-Attendant, Conference Calling and Outlook Integration, and it is VoIP-ready which means that your PBXtra™ phone system comes preconfigured to give you the option of running a computer phone system through our VoIP network. PBXtra™ products support unlimited IP telephones and up to twelve (12) analog/cordless telephones per server.
Another option is the Call Center Edition. This computer telephony system inc ludes everything offered with the Standard Edition plus features like automatic call distribution, real time queue statistics, agent call recording, multiple auto-attendants and upload voice prompts. The Call Center also provides access to the VoIP network. PBX systems offered by Fonality have the capability to operate in the VoIP, PSTN or PSTN-Fallback mode.
