Contact Fonality Support
Fonality’s support team is at your service around the clock. PBXtra customers who have an active Support Agreement may contact support via our supportal any time from any web browser, or can call between business hours for nonemergency issues and 24/7 for system down emergencies.
Fonality’s “Supportal” (short for Support Portal) is a quick way for any customer to contact Fonality Support any time from any web browser.
When logged in to the Admin Panel, you will see an orange question mark in the lower right-hand corner of each page. Click the question mark to access support and create a new support ticket. Alternatively, you can also access the Supportal directly at http://support.fonality.com.
Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for critical and emergency issues.
For general support, our hotline is available during the following hours:
- 9am - 5pm Eastern [For our Eastern timezone clients only]
- 8am - 5pm Pacific
Call our support team at 1-866-FONALITY. Select Option 2 for PBXtra, then Option 2 for support. Be prepared to dial your Server ID when prompted. You may also check on an existing ticket by entering your support ticket number when prompted. If you do not have an existing support ticket, PBXtra will create a new ticket for you.
